President

As a President and Founder, E.G. is leading SMARTECH Consulting to focus on delivering a higher standard of IT outsourcing and consulting. Moreover he is responsible for leading and developing the sales department while passionately continuing to increase the revenue stream of our company. He has more than 30 years of talent acquisition, management and sales experience in the engineering technology industry.

E.G. is a graduate of James Madison University with Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

He worked for both a Fortune 50 company and a privately held company. Both companies were in the automotive industry; providing both O.E. and after market products. He help titles including HR Manager, Operations Manager and Vice President of Operations.

Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, he started and grew several International executive search firms with customers and successful searches completed in US, Germany, China, the Middle East, South Africa, and South America. 

Alex S.

Vice President of Operations

As a Vice President of Operations, Alex leads the company's Delivery, Account Management, HR&TA areas. She works together with our Technical Heads and Talent acquisition team to implement the best industry practices for our clients and their projects. She is responsible for our strategic companywide focus on people, technology, productivity, and quality.

Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science as math&programming expert. She has worked 13 years at a leading BI&DWH Consulting company in Moscow, Russia on Project Management and HR Director role. Prior to joining SMARTECH Consulting, Alex worked as Head of HR and Organizational Development in US based International IT company and was in charge of driving sustained growth Delivery offices in Russia, Mexico and Argentina.

She is graduate of Skolkovo Business School in 2022. In 2019 she is graduate of Lomonosov Moscow State University with Master's degree of Business Administration and Global Strategy, and was recognized as one of the "TOP-300 Leaders of Russia" in 2018.
